- Creation of floor plan for the wedding reception
- Final walk-through with the venue and other vendors
- Manage vendors and any issues that may arise the day of the wedding
- Coordination of rehearsal, ceremony and reception
Day of Wedding Management:
- Up to 2 meetings to finalize wedding details
- Coordination of your vendors, including arrival and set up times
- Create a detailed rehearsal and wedding timeline and schedule
- Set up of personal items for wedding and rehearsal
- Manage vendors and any issues that may arise the day of the wedding
- Coordination of rehearsal, ceremony and reception
Partial Wedding Management:
- Up t 6 planning &vendor meetings
- Vendor recommendations – Check availability and collect quotes
- Assist in budget management
- Coordination of your vendors, including arrival and set up times
- Create a detailed itinerary for wedding day
- Final walk-through with the venue and other vendors
- Manage vendors and any issues that may arise the day of the wedding
- Coordination of rehearsal, ceremony and reception
